TERMS of service

By renting a shisha from SHISHASHU, the client accepts the terms of service listed below and is obligated to comply with them. SHISHASHU reserves the right to refuse to rent a shisha in case of non-compliance with the terms of service and/or the "Rental Protocol," as well as in the case of refusal to sign the "Rental Protocol."

General rental terms for shisha:

1. The rental of a shisha is possible for customers over 18 years of age.
2. Upon receiving the order, the client is required to sign the "Rental Protocol." The client fills in this document with their basic information, which is necessary to verify their identity and age, specifically their name, surname, date of birth, and PESEL number (Polish national identification number). The client is required to present their personal ID (or other valid form of personal identification) to a SHISHASHU employee to verify the data entered by the client in the "Rental Protocol." The document must be signed by the SHISHASHU employee and the customer.
3. After correctly filling out and signing the rental protocol, the client is required to pay for their order. Payment can be made in cash or by card. The order can be paid in advance, before the start of the service, or directly after signing the "Rental Protocol" with a SHISHASHU employee. Payment for the order is required to rent a shisha package. Confirmation of a bank transfer does not entitle the customer to rent a shisha kit.
4. The rental of a shisha is only possible by sober persons.
5. By signing the "Rental Protocol," the customer declares that they have familiarized themselves with the condition of the shisha kit and are aware that they must return the shisha kit to a SHISHASHU employee in an unchanged state. SHISHA SHU is not responsible for any damages made during the rental period by the customer to the rented equipment, including the glass vase, shisha body, hose, bowl, coal heater, tongs, HMD cover (heat management device), plate, and transport bag. Charcoals and disposable plastic tips are not subject to return.
6. In the event of damage to any of the above-mentioned equipment, the customer is obliged to cover the costs of replacing the given piece of equipment.
7. The customer is obliged to return the entire kit, i.e., the above-mentionedequipment, in an unchanged state before the end of the shisha rental period recorded in the "Rental Protocol." The equipment must be returned personally by the customer at the place where the order was received by the customer, which the customer specifies when placing the order. A SHISHASHU employee personally collects the equipment (or it is delivered to them by the customer) and inspects the rented equipment. During the return, the "Return Protocol" must be filled out, and its signing by the customer and SHISHASHU employee constitutes the end of the rental. In the event of damages to the equipment, missing rented equipment, or other irregularities with the rented equipment, the customer may be charged an additional fee related to the replacement or repair of these elements or devices. It is possible to extend the rental period by contacting SHISHA SHU in advance. In the event of exceeding the rental period established in the "Rental Protocol," which is not caused by the fault or delay of a SHISHASHU employee, the customer will be charged an additional fee of 50 PLN for each commenced hour of delay in returning the rental equipment.
8. SHISHASHU offers 3 basic rental packages for personal pickup and return by the customer: "starter", "standard" and "premium", which cost 99 PLN, 149 PLN, and 299 PLN respectively, as well as 3 packages with delivery and pickup by SHISHA SHU staff, costing 199 PLN, 249 PLN, and 399 PLN respectively. In case of larger orders, such as renting a larger quantity of hookahs or shisha bowls than provided in the abovementioned packages or other individual orders that are not part of the packages, rental prices are negotiated individually with the customer based on SHISHASHU's pricing.
9. After placing an order, SHISHASHU delivers the rented equipment to the address specified by the customer at the agreed-upon time, or arranges a meeting with the customer for personal pickup at a location designated by SHISHASHU. Upon receiving the order, the customer is required to fill out and sign a "Rental Protocol". Upon receiving the order, the customer receives a brochure with a QR code, which contains instructions on how to use the rented equipment.
10. Orders placed are fulfilled by SHISHASHU 24 hours a day, within 3 hours of confirmation by the SHISHASHU employee that the order is accepted or at the agreed-upon time with the customer. SHISHASHU reserves the possibility of delays in delivering the hookah set. Orders may not be fulfilled on national holidays.
